While James T. Harris can be unapologetically political, he is better known in corporate circles as a compelling professional speaker who can explain the differences between the various generations in the workplace with humor, grace, and insight.
Of course, his high-profile role as a talk show host on Wisconsin's No.1-rated talk radio station, 620 WTMJ, also has him in high demand to speak to various political, religious, and educational organizations about his experiences as a conservative American of African Descent in the age of Obama.

For nearly a decade, James T. Harris has been making audiences laugh as they learned to deal with the confusing and often frustrating differences between the various generations in the workplace.
The foundation for his expertise came from the public school system. As a teacher, James used his passion for history to inspire two generations of students to see the world through the paradigm of seasons and cycles. He still considers himself a teacher at heart, albeit to a broader audience.
In one of the most indeliable images of the 2008 Presidential election, James T. Harris begged Senator John McCain to "take it to" Senator Barack Obama...and a firestorm erupted.
Many in the Americans of African Descent community were furious that a black man would ask a white man for anything. Even more were angry that an American of African Descent would choose to affiliate himself with the Conservative movement. James recieved death threats. Rocks were thrown at his home. He was belittled on national talk shows, but this treatment only intensified James' efforts to speak out for what he believes is right for all Americans.
